*Dance I is offered for 6th,7th and 8th graders as a full year class. This will replace 1 year of a P.E credit. 

*Dance 2 is offered for 7th and 8th graders for an entire year for those who took and passed Dance I. This will replace 1 year of a P.E. credit. 

*Pacesetters Dance Team (Dance 3) is offered only through a tryout process to those who are currently or have formerly enrolled in Dance 1 and or Dance 2 and who will be an incoming 7th or 8th grader for the following year. 

Dance 1 and 2 classes will study and perform the following units: Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theater, Drill Team, Choreography. The difference between each class is the elevated skill level and pace of class. 

***ALL dance 1 and dance 2 students MUST purchase the required dance shirt. These will be worn daily and will part of their daily grade. It is recommend that you purchase more than one shirt, as dancers will be wearing them everyday. Sweatshirts are optional. Families are welcome to purchase!
